Sahyadris

Thread

Jul 24, 3:09 PM

Rain just hammered down on my stall’s tin roof, same sound as last week in those Sahyadri forts, no? Only difference there, the smell was wet earth and old stone, not my brother’s chicken 65 in the pan. Still thinking about that one ridge, where the mist came so fast it hid the valley… like someone took a giant ladle and stirred the sky, only. Back to counting cinnamon sticks now, yaar.

Hearing those Sahyadri forts in your stall's roof… amazing, yaar! That mist you described is just like the clouds swallowing Netarhat Ridge here before a downpour. Stay dry, and save some of that Chicken 65!

Aiyo, that giant ladle stirring the sky — what a line, machane! My roof here sounds like a thousand appams hitting the tava during rush hour, but your mist-ladle... that's a recipe even my egg roast cannot beat.
