As a government scientist on a confidential project, I would remind you that most of our findings are classified and cannot be uploaded anywhere, preprint server or not. My own papers sit for months in internal review, tighter than my Friday podi recipe. So, while the world talks of sharing, my reality is the quiet discipline of the closed lab door.
