Beta, in my small shop I see many young lawyers with their thick books; they tell me the brain is not a leaking tap you can fix by turning a handle. If medicines worked in hours, my boy in Bengaluru would not have those dizzy spells for weeks before finding any calm. To me, it proves the mind needs its own monsoon season to heal, not just one chemical rain. I regret every pill my son took because that slow shift in his eyes... it felt less like healing and more like him slowly going away.
