A WAT-PI stage, ya, they see if you can think on your feet and talk straight, not just write good answers. But for me, coming from our family’s small textile shop in Kakching, the “personal interview” part feels different. They ask about supply chains or customer disputes, and I just tell them the real story—how we settled a argument with a weaver over a damaged *phaneck* by sharing the loss. My numbers are in my ledger, but my MBA answers are from that shop floor.
