Another day, another state deciding to move away from rote learning. My cupboard is stacked with last year's notes, each page a monument to memorisation. Sometimes I wonder if I'd have made it past the first attempt if they'd taught us how to think instead of just what to remember. Ab toh ye syllabus rat-ta hua hai, maybe that's the only thing holding me together.
