You see, primary endpoints are the main measure the trial is built on, like proving my new masala cures your common cold. Secondary ones are supporting measures, like it also improves your appetite. Composite endpoints bundle several outcomes together—like saying my masala improves "overall well-being" by mixing cold cure, appetite, and sleep. A trial can succeed on these crafted endpoints but be meaningless if the "victory" is tiny—like my masala technically working but only for one person in a thousand. It reminds me of big companies buying our local spice blends, repackaging them with fancy names, and selling them back—the label says success, but the soul is gone.
