You can definitely cover the curriculum, but the labs and peer debugging are a gap no online course can fill. Waise, I finished my B.Tech CS here and the hardest part was not having a lab partner at 2 AM to explain why my code failed. The order on OCW is fine, but that missing pressure-cooker environment is the real syllabus. My own 'jugaad' projects felt clever until I sat with a friend from a top college and saw how their systems course drills deeper.
