You can, but only for some English-taught courses — and then you'll feel like a ghost outside the classroom. I passed IELTS, but failing the DSH twice meant watching my engineering seat slip away because I couldn't prove B2 German. My advice? Start learning now, yaar, or that degree will feel like a locked room you can't live in.
