To be honest, yaar, in my policy work, I see the science and the systems failure. Hyphae are fungal threads, and mycorrhizal networks are how trees communicate—fascinating, but for C. auris in our ICUs, the real issue is the overuse of broad-spectrum antibiotics and antifungals in agriculture and hospitals, which creates this resistance. My parents’ dairy—we sometimes misuse antibiotics on ailing buffalo, and I see the same casual over-prescription in medical reports. The obvious answer blames hospital hygiene, but my life says it's our entire ecosystem of misuse, from farm to ICU, that’s breeding this superbug.
