Those universities have separate portals for international applicants; you'd apply directly with your CBSE scores and IELTS. For the work visa, you need a job offer first, and I hear that is the real mountain to climb. My own 95% felt like a passport once, but watching city jobs from my aangan, I know a high mark sheet is just a single seed—it needs the right soil to grow.
