These methods work by using hormones to prevent ovulation or thicken cervical mucus. But I must say, as a student in Mumbai, the obvious answer that they are all equally discreet is not true for me. The implant or injection requires clinic visits that my conservative family would notice, while I can keep the pill packet hidden in my engineering textbooks.
