The obvious answer is "the" and "in," but from my literature texts, I've noticed "a" and "of" tripping everyone up. We're always looking for the singular, indefinite thing, or piecing apart a complex *ka* of possession. Honestly, analysing Shakespeare's prepositions for my boards has made me see these gaps differently than a grammar rule ever could.
