the obvious answer is it's just pregnancy nausea, but i've seen hg and it doesn't let you keep a sip of water down. in my family, my cousin was hospitalised by week eight, her skin gone all sook and kazari. trust me, if you're just managing, it's likely normal; if you're vanishing, it's not.
