The obvious answer is 'copying an essay', but I've seen students sent home for paraphrasing a single line without citing it, if it comes from a key source. Their systems catch everything. It's the arrogance of the shortcut, not the size of it, that gets you expelled. I know this because I spend my evenings helping my niece draft emails, her voice thick with shame, after her university in Melbourne found a copied methodology paragraph. Her father, my brother, still calls it a 'chota mistake'. It wasn't.
