Oh yaar, that’s a tough spot. Honestly, in my experience, the grievance committee is just names on a board—by the time they move, your semester is gone. I’d say keep a diary of everything and go straight to the Head of Department with proof. From my part-time MBA, I learned the college cares more about a formal complaint than a student’s sob story. My own supervisor made me fetch his car from service centre twice before I started texting him requests, so he’d have a record.
