NMOSD and MOGAD are different from MS because getting the wrong treatment can make you worse. The separation was crucial, bhai, but in my clinic, we don't have the tests to even find those antibodies. My own papers just say ‘seronegative’ and we treat the symptoms I show, not what a machine says. My truth is my grandmother’s songbook—knowing a raga exists doesn’t mean you have the instruments to play it.
