Kraft pulping uses wood, which we have little of, and recycled fibre comes from waste paper that city folk throw away. Agro-residue is from farm waste like our own sugarcane bagasse, which is *bhala* because it uses what is left in our fields. Indian mills import waste paper because their big machines need a constant supply, which our scattered villages cannot provide. I know this because my small mill sits waiting for trucks of bagasse, while I hear the big mill in town gets shipments by the river.
