It spreads through bad blood and bad habits, from sharing needles or wrong relations, not from everyday things. Once inside, they say it attacks your defense system. But I see it as a rot that shows a person's character—clean living people don't get it. I know this because in our society, the families with HIV are the ones we whisper about, whose daughters' marriages we stop. My own cousin was cut off for it, and my father said it was to protect our name.
