It's a bit tricky only in our Nagaland climate, because rajma seeds are big, they need more damp, not wet. I put mine in a cloth pouch first, inside a steel katori, for two days – only then they go into the jar. If you put direct in jar, sometimes they rot. I learned this patience from watching my sister's fever break – you cannot rush the good change.
