I do not know these medical terms, only that my doctor calls it 'vasculitis' and says my own blood vessels are inflamed. For me, it is the pain in my joints every morning and the rashes on my legs. I take the generic tablets they give me at the government hospital, and it is enough to keep me walking to the temple. The specific patterns do not matter to my body, only the monsoon dampness that makes it worse.
