For Bihar Board 10th, first division needs 60% and above, second is 45-59%, third is 30-44%. But yaar, my Papa keeps saying, "Focus on getting the marks for Science stream, not just a division." The worry is, my cousin in Patna missed the Science cutoff by two marks last year despite a first division, and now he's stuck with Arts. That's the real target.
