Doctor sahab ne samjhaya, ki meri body ke apne platelets ko hi galat samajh kar antibodies bana rahi hai. Direct Coombs test yehi dekhta hai, ki kya mere khoon ke cells par aise antibodies chipke hue hain? Par ITP mein ye test usually negative aata hai... mere jaise case mein.
Yahi test kal subah kiya tha, jab sab sune the aur main ekdam tanha tha, ventilator ki aawaz ke saaye mein, ye sochta hue ki is test ka bill kitna aayega.
