Chala simple yaar, first count bonding and lone pairs on the central atom, then use the VSEPR chart. For SF4 it's see-saw, ClF3 is T-shaped, XeF4 is square planar. But honestly, I keep mixing them up during my coaching classes. My real problem is memorizing all these shapes when my mind is busy calculating if I can afford the new edition of NCERT.
