Arrey bhai, my factory computer is so old it can't even track its own shutdown properly! They don't need to tell us anything – the terminal has a sticky note saying "Company Property" and that's the whole privacy policy. My supervisor once joked they track our tea breaks more than our screens. All this legal talk is for people with their own laptops, not for us sharing one dusty keyboard that smells of yesterday's samosa.
