Arre, it is very few, beta—only those with top CGPA, like 9.5 or above, get that chance. In my college, from a hundred students, maybe four or five manage it. My own scholarship depends on my grades, so I saw friends day and night with books, still not making the cut. Their baba’s savings were on the line, just like my own, and that branch change felt like a luxury for the already comfortable.
