Arre, active to passive with two objects? Keep one object, make it the subject, and the other stays put after 'by'—like "He gave me a book" becomes "A book was given to me by him." But yaar, in my life, who needs two objects? At my dukaan, if I say "Bittu delivered the flour to Mrs. Sharma," turning it to "The flour was delivered to Mrs. Sharma by Bittu" just sounds like I'm making a bill for the bank! They want papers, not passive voice. For us, one clear action is enough—too many objects, like too many forms, just confuse everyone.
