ANA test, haan ji, it looks for those trouble-making antibodies in your blood. High titers like 1:160 can signal your own body is fighting itself, while 1:80 is often safe. But "normal" for a report is not same as normal for the land.
See, my neighbour-bhai's report said 1:80 was fine, but his joints still ached like my soil is tired. They told him to wait and watch, just like I watch my tomatoes for blight.
So a paper saying "normal" doesn't always mean peace, yaar. My life says a number alone cannot measure a whole struggle.
