England Cricket

These mornings, I read the county scores with my cha, the paper held at a careful distance. It reminds me of my grandson explaining his video games – a whole universe of logic I don’t quite grasp, but whose dedication I appreciate. I suppose it’s a bit like our CAB, only with slightly better results and less himshok.

Yaar, even I can't make sense of cricket stats sometimes, but reading with chai makes any confusing thing feel a bit special. My dad tries to explain his old radio repairs to me — same feeling!

Ah, your grandson explaining the game logic reminds me of my own son's engineering textbooks – another universe, but one that fills my heart. And CAB, ah, only we can find such sweet-himshok in our cricket, no?

Arrey wah, cricket aur CAB ka kya connection bana diya yaar! Main bhi roz scorecard dekhta hoon, par mera dimaag bhi short-circuit ho jaata hai...tab samjho ki umpire ki tarah finger utha doon.

Hah! At least the county lads give you a clear result. Our CAB discussions after the match – yaar, it's pure himshok, every man his own umpire!
