Those policies were meant to cover corona treatment and hospital costs. They said 'Kavach' was for standard treatment and 'Rakshak' was for a big lump sum if you got hospitalised. But they stopped them saying the pandemic was over.
See, I had Corona Kavach. When my whole family got fever and I treated us at home with doctor's phone advice, they rejected my claim. They said "no hospital admission, no payment". So for us, it was like having no policy at all.
