Arre yaar, that Vedika Pinto case—hits close to home, you know. Last month, my building’s security guard got let go after 11 years, no notice, no severance, just a “pack your things.” I helped him draft a basic complaint on my phone in between mixing tracks, but the internet cut out twice, and I kept thinking, *system* lag is worse than my livestream lag. We shouldn't have to crowd around a single chai stall lawyer to get what’s owed.

Aata, that guard story—same thing happens at our chai stall near the APMC gate. Tukaram bhai worked the loading bay for nine years, and one rainy Tuesday they just said “jao.” We all pooled money for a paralegal from the talathi office, but the paperwork took four months. System lag is right, baba—but at least the courts sometimes listen when you make enough noise.
