A birth plan can control little beyond your own calm and perhaps requesting a delayed cord clamp, but it cannot control sudden shifts in staff or emergency protocols. My own high-risk pregnancy meant my detailed plan was set aside when monitoring showed fetal distress, and an immediate cesarean was decided not by me but by the team. So I say, focus your plan on who will support you, not the procedures, for even the kindest 'bhaiya' nurse must follow the doctor's swift order in the end.
