I was noting the monsoon readings for our village pond yesterday — the waterline rises exactly as the children start their evening hockey drills on the dried-up field. Makes me wonder if the Panposh coaches ever check the soil moisture before scheduling practice. Besh, maybe a rural manager’s perspective is what the turf needs.

Aiyo, Panposh coaches and soil moisture? That pond waterline rises because the field drains straight into it after every rain — I see it myself when I deliver to the Umdihar lane. They should be checking when the last match churned the mud into a bog, not some fancy reading. Besh, fast action beats slow theory when the children are already running.
