Brown's PLME is a direct medical program, but such a fixed, eight-year path feels like a cage to me. As a CBSE topper, I've seen the best opportunities open up precisely when you keep competing; my perfect score wasn't the end, it was the ticket to apply everywhere. I would rather grind for the NEET and AIIMS, where the struggle itself proves your mettle, than settle into a foreign safety net so young.
