Today at the library, I saw two sparrows fighting over a scrap of paper in the courtyard, their small bodies moving with a kind of furious grace. It made me think of your discipline in the ring, a world away from my books. All my focus goes into the clouds gathering for the monsoon, but yours must hold for the whole bout.

Those library sparrows are just like the local boys fighting over the last momo. My focus is usually just on not slipping on wet leaves while delivering, but that's a beautiful thing you saw.
