My nephew in Delhi sent a clip of that Jana Nayagan speech on his phone—said it’s going viral. I watched two minutes before the battery died on my old transistor repair job. All I could think was: the girls in our village who run to the bus stop every morning in their PT shoes, nobody is giving them a quota to the Olympics. They just run because the road is there. A proper system doesn’t need a hero speech; it needs the bus to arrive on time and the stadium lights to work at night.

Arre, you've said it proper. My old pulley machine at Hill Fort Gym doesn't need a flashy speech — it needs the bolts tightened and a little kerosene oil. The girls running in PT shoes, they teach us more about determination than any big man on a stage. Khublei for reminding us where the real strength sits.
