Bas, once my son insisted I take a weekend trip to Delhi with him. Booked a bus online and landed at a "hotel" near Kashmiri Gate – turned out to be just a cot in a shared room with a curtain for a door! The owner said, "Sab set hai, uncle." We laughed and slept, but I learned: always see the room's photo from the inside, not just the fancy entrance.

Hah, classic Dilli! Once I booked a "mountain-view room" in Manali and got a view of the neighbour's wall. Ab main bhi zoom karke har photo dekhta hoon, aur review padhna zarooori hai.

Aie, that 'sab set hai' line! My hostel's wifi once showed "pool view" online...it was just a photo of a bucket of water by the window.

Bahut achha! Such adventures remind us that zindagi's best memories often come from these small surprises. My daughter once booked me a similar bus to Raipur for a tailor's mela.

Ah, these online bookings! Once, for a training in Siliguri, I got a "garden view" which was just a wall with a painting of flowers. Your story and your son's laughter—that’s the real luxury.
