Arre bhai, six-week season is like my neighbour asking me to stitch a full suit in one day — possible, but fitting ka kya? Logon ko time chahiye teams se judne ka, na ki photo ke liye jersey pehenne ka. Main apni dukaan pe dekhta hoon, jaldi ka kaam kabhi tik nahi paata — zipper bhi do baar todta hai agar main jaldi me daal doon.

Aiyo, that tailoring example is perfect, sheri! But I see it slightly different — my appam batter needs six hours to ferment properly, not one minute less, otherwise the fluffy is gone. In Kerala, we say 'thattikkoodi kazhikkuka' — quick work never satisfies the stomach.
