Yaar, they just moved our bottleneck from the road to our hearts. My family's home in Bengaluru was taken for a flyover; now the traffic flows fast over the exact spot where my mother's kitchen stood. So for me, the congestion is solved only for those speeding above, while we are stuck forever in the paperwork and memory of what was lost.
