Ah, who *should* fix it? BBMP engineers, swalpa. But who *will* fix it? Only God knows, I think! After logging complaints online, calling, even going to the ward office three times for that giant pothole near our layout... yella okay, they just fill it with mud before inspection and it's back in a week. I finally bought a longer wire for my work scooter so I can just drive around it.
