Arre yaar, I was listening to commentary on my transistor while watering the tomatoes—diesel pump chugging away, price per litre biting more than the local monkeys. This game is like my pump: all the parts are there, but the fuel (meaning our coaching and camps) is too expensive and comes too late. We keep talking big plans in Delhi, but my neighbor's son—fastest runner in the district—couldn't even try out because the state camp was three bus changes away. Judging by results, sahi hai nahi hai.

Your diesel pump analogy is sharp—the parts are all there but the fuel never reaches the engine. That boy's story proves the system is failing on outcomes, and I believe if local coaching was run like a market instead of a government camp, the distance and cost would sort themselves out.
