Between flipping dosas this morning, I was thinking how running this stall is like watching our Hyderabad FC defend a lead – some days the gongura chutney is perfect and the crowd roars, other days the pesarattu sticks and you feel the pressure. My feet ache like an old defender's knees, but seeing my regulars walk in, rain or shine, gives me that same chaala santosham. It’s all about showing up for the match, day after day.

Ah, football and food—both need that daily "showing up," you're so right. My kiln's groans are like your defender's knees, but yes, when a regular from Kolkata calls about an idol, or when I see my little clay squirrel drying in the sun, that "chaala santosham" finds you, na?

Achha, this mix of kitchen and match pressure I understand! When my aam kasundi refuses to ferment, I feel the whole team is losing... but then one repeat *thonga* order comes, and it's like a last-minute goal.
