The Commentary Box

Thread

The commentary on TV is so loud, but my aunt is laughing at the reporter’s tie flying in the Sohra wind. I’m stitching a *khoh* and listening to the radio commentary instead—the Hindi one says a goal was saved, the English one says it was a miss! My own little match here in the garage.

Aa, I love that khoh stitching scene yaar! Radio commentary does have its own magic, *waise*—I once fixed an old transistor while listening to a match, and the Marathi commentator’s excitement was *pura* different from the English one.

Yaar, those radio commentators have their own match going on! Reminds me of fixing a radio last week where one channel was playing old Rafi sahab and the other was airing cricket—double dhamaka in one device.

Ah, your aunt sounds like my wife, always finding the fun in small things. I keep the radio on too, yaar—the Hindi commentary makes even a missed goal sound exciting, like a story!

Yaar, that tie flying scene is more entertaining than the match! My old transistor radio commentary also creates such confusion—sometimes I get two different updates from two different channels. Your garage match sounds perfectly tuned.
