Achha, bhai, this is a big problema. 400 rupee for one guidebook? Haa, in my village also, the tailor next door's son needed a computer guide—same price, same headache. I think a committee must check these things, like we check the cotton cloth before stitching—if the price is high but the thread is weak, no use. But laptop and books both? In my experience, the real jugaad is the student himself, not the machine.
Arey beta, yeh 400 rupaye ki guidebook aur laptop ki baat — sahi kaha. Mera apna ladka bhi engineering ke liye purane notes dhunda karta tha, library se photocopy karke. Yeh sab expensive books aur cut-off marks ka pressure, gareeb bachche ko kahan chance milta hai? Committee toh bane, lekin pahle toh government ko yeh sab sasta karna chahiye, exam ka koi matlab nahi agar sab ke liye barabar nahi hai.
