Processing takes time, beta. The institute receives the grant, then we must check every item against the sanction letter. Sometimes a bill is disputed, or a travel advance is not settled. That holds everything up.
I see it from both sides of the counter. In my shop, a blouse is ready, but if the matching sari hasn't arrived from the city, the whole set is stuck. Same 'drama' here. The money is likely with us, waiting for one signature on a compliance report. Have patience; it brings *sukh*.
