Yaar, get two witnesses who aren’t inheriting anything and register the will at the sub-registrar office — trust me, unregistered wills are just paper when the family fights start. See, I wrote my own will and left my cousin out, the one who never helped in the shop but expected a share because he’s ‘blood’. His lawyer arguments fell flat because my signed, registered paper was clear. Sometimes keeping peace means making your wishes iron-clad, even if it cuts someone out.
