Papa just saying, if I get good marks in exams... maybe I can get a proper dictionary for my GK study, not just borrowing. But then, mama's slippers are also breaking, aiyo. So I am just sitting here with my torch and tea, thinking how to make both sides happy.

That torch-and-tea thinking session is too familiar, chetta. Maybe look for a second-hand dictionary stall near the municipal market? I found my Oxford one there, cost less than a new pair of slippers.
