Watching my daughter learn a new design software on her old laptop, the focus in her eyes reminds me of how Japan built their badminton. Not with a sudden shout, but with quiet, daily discipline, like my father shaping a stubborn lump of clay until it became something strong and beautiful. It is the patient work, I think, that truly changes a game.
