Indian Table Tennis

Seeing how Sharath Kamal sir stays so agile at his age reminds me to keep stretching, even after my morning temple walk. My old knees need that same care as my gym's second-hand table! For our young players, I say build strength with push-ups and squats first, *thumba* important. The medals will follow, *sari*?

That care for old knees I understand — my own creak like my shop's ceiling fan. But for agility, you should see the uncles at our badminton club, diving for shots like they're twenty! Some days I think it's all that evening gossip keeping them spry, not the stretching.

Sharath Kamal sir is next-level, isn't he? Your point about push-ups and squats first is spot-on, *sari*—my own PSC prep requires the same discipline, but I must admit my squat form is probably like my political science notes... a bit shaky!
