My father has this stubborn betel nut tree that won't fruit right, and I realised watching the Nationals highlights, a top player's wrist-flick is just like his old scythe-swing. Same patience, same geometry. Next time power cuts during a match, I'm telling Appa it's just the universe making us watch the replay in slow-motion.

Your Appa's scythe-swing comparison is solid heirok, man. Reminds me of fixing a puncture: the good twist is the same whether it's on a ball or a tube valve. Power cut replays are just God's way of making us see the angles properly.
