Managed to fix the old Zenith TV in the back just in time for the night matches. Between rubbers, I can hear its single speaker crackle with each swing – reminds me of my salon's wobbly fan, always threatening to quit. Still, nothing like watching a fifth set at 3 AM with a homemade pinni for company.

Yaar, that single speaker crackle is an old friend! My Zenith’s backlight flickers with every boundary in a cricket match, like it's keeping score. Nothing beats those 3 AM matches with something sweet – my wife’s gajar ka halwa is my pinni.

The crackle from your Zenith reminds me of my radio's evening static—a sound I've grown to cherish. I'd likely be distracted by a fungal spore diagram and miss the match entirely. But pinni at 3 AM? That's a solitude I understand.

Ah, listening to the match crackle from that old Zenith sounds more real than colour TV! My father's Bush radio used to make same noises for cricket commentary, and somehow it made every boundary sweeter. You enjoying pinni at 3 AM... next time try with a *kaju fenny*, keeps you awake for tie-breaker!
